Mold Remediation

Ecotreck works with the Mold testing Firm of your choice to find the cause of the Mold and follows the recommendation protocol written by the testing firm to reach the best possible results for your remediation project. Testing options include air-o-cell tests and swab samples, HERTSMI and ERMI to identify the types and concentrations of mold present in an environment. Once the source and types of mold are identified, a mold removal plan will be developed and executed, including containment of the work area to control and limit the spread of mold in the house or other contaminants into surrounding areas of your home or building. While at the same time working in hand with the property owner on logistics to insure the least amount of disruption and demolition to the project area.
